Tuscany is world-renown for its wine, culture and cuisine but the best way to experience all three is by partaking in some cooking classes and we discovered two incredible gems you need to add to your bucket list! Our first cooking experience was at Il Falconiere near Cortona where we learned first-hand the art of pasta making along with a delicious recipe for panna cotta - yummy!
