Do you ever have one of those days, or weeks, or months, or quarantines when you feel like you are constantly letting yourself and others down? When you feel like you are a failure at everything? Me, too. So what do we do when we feel like we are failing? How do we find a way not to let ourselves down? I think the answer lies somewhere between self-acceptance, self-compassion, and reducing or removing the expectations we have of ourselves and others. Easier said than done, I know.
