When was the last time you cleaned out your freezer? If you are like me, you may not be able to remember. This week I cleaned out and organized my freezer. It only took 20 minutes and I am ready to transition from summer foods to fall foods in my home.

 

• Take everything out of the freezer and wipe down the shelving.
• Toss any food that is not recognizable.
• Arrange food by category and put it back in the freezer.
• Make a mental note of the things you no longer eat and the things you have overpurchased.
