In this episode we are joined by ex-professional footballer Luke Chadwick (@Luke_FFF). Luke began his career at Manchester United and also played for West Ham, Stoke, Norwich, Milton Keynes Dons and Cambridge United as well as in Belgium for Royal Antwerp.
