Scrolling on social media, reading a magazine or just watching a movie, they are everywhere: beauty standards. Standards that supposedly define how we are supposed to look like. But often these standards already set us up for failure because lets be honest, barely anybod fits into these "standards" and the only thing they provide is that we feel insecure about ourselves and our bodies. Talking about our mindset around our looks and bodies therefore is so important as they help us in understanding our own believes around self-image and the way we perceive ourselves and the world.
