As we continue to bring awareness of equality, diversity and inclusion (ED&I) issues to the workplace, we caught up with Rui Ma, Writer & Co-Host at Tech Buzz China, on ways in which individuals and organizations  can take to bridge the gender gap in tech. Rui has lived and worked in China and the US as a tech investor; she also shared her tips to anyone who wishes to venture into the tech industry.
