In this episode, we talk with three different leadership practitioners to discuss current trends in leadership programs on their campuses. We hope that these conversations spark a new idea for you or provide knowledge on how to address any challenges you may be facing in this area on your campus. We are first joined by Taylor Stokes, the Assistant Director, Leadership Initiatives in the Brown Center for Leadership, Service, Student Activities, and Involvement at the University of Florida. Then we engage in dialogue with Megan Webster, the Assistant Director of Leadership and Professional Development in the Academic and Career Development Center at Fairfield University.
