I sat down with Chris and learned his struggles started before his first drink at sixteen. Chris struggled with acceptance as so many of us have. Once he got his first taste of alcohol it was the open door to so much more pain and shame. But thankfully his life didn't stop there, Chris was able to begin his sobriety journey, start his career as an addiction counselor eight years and today he's the founder and owner of Sans bar in Austin, Texas.
