In Episode 45, Tim Nagle invites Workplace Relations Consultant, Rem Richards to discuss the topic of Implementation Issues Roundup. VHIA has created an Issues Log as part of a shift to how VHIA conducts the bargaining round of agreements. Previously there was a lot of activity around bargaining rounds, but not so much in between. To address this, VHIA is trying to develop a more continuous process, and part of that is the Issues Log. The process is now broken down into 4 stages over 4 years.
