This is a hard week, as it requires us women to do a detailed assessment in our lives. The topic this week focuses on respect and in Martha’s book, The Excellent Wife, she lays out five Biblical Principles a wife should be abiding in as she seeks to apply this truth in her life. The wife is to respect her husband. She also is to respect his position. A wife is to act to a respectful manner at all times. Wives should be reproving her husband respectfully and the wife who is disrespectful may experience severe consequences. Follow along as we discuss this difficult topic and take a simple self-assessment to see how we are doing in regard to respecting our husbands, which is the wife’s reverence.
