April tells the story of Katherine Knight- her violent background, troubled relationships, and expertise as a butcher was a deadly combo. Her victim, John Price, was a good man and did not deserve to die in such a brutal and terrifying way. This takes place in and around Aberdeen, New South Wales Australia. 

The cocktail in this episode is called a Pumpkin Dinner for Two

2 oz. pumpkin puree
1 tsp honey
1 oz. lemon juice
1 1/2 oz. bourbon
1/2 bottle ginger beer

Rim highball glass with honey and dip in brown sugar. Place first 3 ingredients in the shaker and mix to dissolve the pumpkin and honey. Add bourbon to shaker, add ice and shake. Split mixture between two glasses filled with ice and top with ginger beer.
