Episode 45 - Vik Hawksley

Vik and Sarah are the founders of Anatomy in Motion in Sydney, a strength and movement facility that is changing the game completely.

Among many other things, Vik is a creator, learner, leader, teacher, partner and father. I've known Vik for only about two years, but it feels like longer. Vik moves fast - so a lot has happened in this time, but really if you know him well you know he's just getting started.
