WOW!  Can you believe it's almost been ONE FULL YEAR of Elevate Your 8?  I can't either!  But I'm super glad about it!

Upon returning from the CASE conference in San Diego I am feeling a little sentimental as my one year anniversary of podcasting kicks in soon.  So I thought I'd share what I've learned so far in this journey.  Is that okay?
