This week we try something new! We go behind the scenes at EPIC and show you what happens when we don’t have enough salmon to support the growth of our salmon products!

You’ll hear from our Salmon fisherman, Steve, on what caused the massive disruption in this year’s sockeye salmon harvest and how we managed through it.  You’ll also get to be a fly on the wall, as our team taste tests the improved salmon products.
