She has spent her career at some of the most iconic global companies, including Sara Lee, Avon, and Estee Lauder, where she served as Senior Vice President of Global Marketing. Prior to joining Kellogg's, she was CMO at Pandora, the world’s largest jewelry brand. Charisse is a graduate of Howard University and Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management.
