Many of you are so called to serve others, to show up, to be responsible. Many of you are empaths.
And, you are feeling EVERYTHING!
However, many of you also forget to take time for yourself FIRST!
So, let's take a moment together to "lift and shift" ... to take time out, with each other. To have a conversation, to talk about the energy that's moving ...
Remember, together we are stronger!
