Today we have, special guest, Aaron! Aaron loves Christmas and especially Christmas music. This year, with the help of his Music Therapist, Aaron was able to create his very own Christmas album. Aaron started off by choosing some of his favorite Christmas songs to include on his album, He wanted the album to alternate between fast songs and slow songs, so he had a good combination of both. Aaron and his Music Therapist recorded each song by singing together over Zoom. The Music Therapist then edited the recordings together with backing tracks, to finalize the songs. This was a long process for both Aaron and the Music Therapist, but all of their hard work payed off in the end. He has chosen four songs off of his album to share on the podcast today, the first song Aaron chose is “Blue Christmas.” Next up, you’ll hear “White Christmas” both Aaron and the Music Therapist sing this song as a duet. After this, Aaron chose to share “Santa Clause is Comin’ to Town,” this is Aaron’s very favorite Christmas song and it was a lot of fun to record! Finally, Aaron chose to end this episode with “Holly Jolly Christmas,” another duet between Aaron and the Music Therapist.
