I first met Lauren Verona years ago as our children went the same Kindy and I started at Zenko Yoga (so funny as we also discuss people tend to go to yoga studios when they first move somewhere) I remember talking with her and noticing how much Lauren really paid attention to everything I was saying, looking me directly in the eye into my soul.

Lauren is a magnet, someone you meet and just want to be around. Yoga saved Lauren’s life, now owning numerous studios, opening Australia’s first online Yoga Studio. So much more than just a Yoga Teacher, Lauren is a divinely powerful women with a mission to transform people from within.

Yoga is a practice, a constant connection back in with the now, with our bodies and with our hearts. I believe Zenko to be a place of powerful transformation , inner healing and sanctum and I know this comes from the energy Lauren brings.
