Steve Miller joined the Mid-America PTTC in November after leading the Partnership for Success at Community Partnership in Springfield, MO. He is a champion of community awareness for Drug Endangered Children; the Search Institutes 40 Developmental Assets; and is a certified trainer of Adult, Youth and Teen Mental Health First Aid, and has presented on a wide range of prevention topics, including media literacy and how music influences choice. Prior to his work in prevention, he was a radio DJ and worked for a PBS affiliate as a professional fundraiser. In his spare time, Mr. Miller is active in the community improvement and revitalization of his north Springfield neighborhood and the development of the Moon City Creative Live-Work-District.
