Kadie is currently the Lead Product Designer at MVMNT, a free TMS platform for freight brokerages, where she is responsible for building a world-class design team. Before MVMNT, she worked as a Customer Experience and Design Consultant with numerous clients.
Kadie has experience taking new products from ideation to launch, relying on her technical and creative background to build cross-collaborative relationships and ensure product success. Kadie holds an Informatics degree from Indiana University and a Masters in Experience Design.
She is passionate about creating products with a positive impact, designing experiences that leave customers in awe, and promoting design as a strategic pillar within organizations. When she's not nose-deep in Figma, you can find Kadie eating her way through Chicago and hanging with her dog Kobe.
