Description: The elements of nature have been acknowledged and celebrated by many cultures, past and present. Today's meditation, led by Dr. Selene Kumin Vega, connects us with earth, water, fire, air, and space/spirit, through the body and through nature.

As a service to our larger community, Saybrook University is offering a daily mindful moment through April 30, 2020, beginning at 12:15 PM Eastern. Designed to be 15 minutes in length, our Mind-Body Medicine faculty have banded together to provide these sessions as a source of centering and solace in these extraordinary times.
