It’s hard enough in a physical classroom to get shy students to talk, but when you’re online and there are outgoing students in the class, it’s even harder. As I continue my journey teaching online and learning as I go, here’s what I’ve been doing to overcome this problem: not just to make my life easier, but to build different communication skills for my lovely B2 students.
