A Massachusetts probate judge has been suspended indefinitely for grabbing the buttocks of a court staffer at a judicial conference.

(3)  A BUG'S LIFE (Pitbull Award)

Two Virginia lawyers were reprimanded for not taking stronger steps to prevent their client from illegally recording her soon-to-be ex-husband in connection with their divorce proceedings.

(4)  RESPECT (Best Original Excuse)

A Maryland lawyer was disbarred for submitting fraudulent expense reports to his law firm to obtain reimbursement for personal travel expenses, despite his excuse that "they owed me anyway but I get no respect around here."
