Meet Sara Rodrigues, the Executive Director of Balanced Learning Center in Fall River, Massachusetts. The Balanced Learning Center is a collaborative, integrative, non-profit that combines mental health treatment with various other services as they focus on strength-building, teaching new skills and relying on individuals as the experts on their own lives.
