We begin with a debate between Malcom X and Bayard Rustin held in the 1960's in regards to integration. If the black community is to take steps in the right direction to correcting it's problems, the community must first look within the community itself.

Could it be that the black community is too culturally diverse and that is the root of the issue? What of the idea of segregating the community from within?
