Today I am going to share with you what I know to be true about Spiritual Protection and protecting your energy.

Now I know I have shared ways on how to protect your energy and ground out anything that doesn’t belong to you.

And since then, my perspective has shifted a bit and today I am going to share that new point of view that has helped me understand protection a little better.

I find this journey is a never ending journey and things will shift and change and grow right there along with you, including what you may have to be concrete before. Even concrete changes over time. Which is why I feel it’s important to keep an open mind.
