On this episode of the Training for the Trials series Abby sat down to Samantha Palmer. Sam is a 2:29:07 marathoner and enters the race tomorrow as one of the top women in the field. She lives and trains in Alabama and volunteer coaches at The University of Alabama where her husband is also a coach. In this episode she and Abby talk about her running journey from high school to college and beyond, her crazy first marathon experience, her race at Frankfurt this fall, what her goals are for Atlanta and more!
