I had the pleasure in sitting and talking with a fellow zumba instructor and friend, Saquoya Weldon! A few fun facts about our podcast guest:
-  She is 31 years old who is currently engaged and she also has a daughter (who is a mini queen herself!)
- She works full time as a social worker. 
- She has a strong passion as a zumba instructor and Turn Up! instructor.
- She enjoys traveling, reading books and also astrology/tarot readings.

We got to talk about our experiences teaching zumba classes and how much of a difference it was for us transitioning from student to teacher. We got in depth on how important it is to look out for yourself in your own community but also learn that you are YOUR #1 support system. Between the Turn Up! and Zumba communities, it was so nice learning and diving deep in the conversation with Saquoya!
