After being sick last week, Cian wasted no time making a number of bold predictions on this week's podcast, including: Chelsea will thump Liverpool in Anfield, beat Arsenal in November and that the Lions will wipe Australia 3-0 in the summer tour. We are committing them to memory to prove once and for all that the bloke knows ball at an above average level (at the very least).
South Africa have won the Rugby Championship for the first time since 2019, losing only to the in form Argentina, who enjoyed their best ever tournament. Los Pumas beat every team at least once, including the All Blacks in New Zealand.
The League of Ireland title race will go down to the wire this year. Shels are in the driving seat but are struggling to get wins together - this would normally be disastrous but nearest rivals Derry are also giving away points for free. It´s opened the door to 5 in a row chasing Shamrock Rovers, as well as Galway United, who just came up from the First Division last year.
Finally, we look at the first six games of the Premier League season. Man United fans, look away now.
