This week on Tapod we revisit our trip to Singapore and the HR Tech Asia Series—four quick interviews with key professionals from the Asian TA scene. 

Today we are featuring Adeline Foo—Global Head of TA & EB @DKSH a Swiss global firm that has been in existence for over 160 years, hiring almost 30k employees annually in 36 markets. 

With 70% of roles being junior and with a high volume of applications for these roles, coupled with language barriers, it was imperative to automate what could be automated.
