Godfather

• 2 ounces scotch or bourbon
• 1 ounce amaretto

Shake the ingredients vigorously with ice. Strain into an ice-filled old-fashioned glass.

Kamikaze Cocktail

• 2 ounces vodka
• ½ ounce Cointreau (or triple sec)
• ¼ ounce fresh lime juice

Shake the ingredients with ice, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
