Chapman University looks no further than their own student body when it comes to filling different employment opportunities across campus. For today’s segment of "Chapman Behind the Scenes," The Panther gathered three students who work in varying departments to talk about the hiring process, their experiences working at the university and more.

In order of introduction, the students featured in this episode are Rachel Othon, a junior television writing and production major, Eve Gershon, a junior film production major and Ivy Magruder, a junior business administration major.
