As an entrepreneur and energy healer, Marcela works closely with her intuition. She offers a mindful tea-drinking practice that helps to access the intuition and the soul’s knowledge. Marcela and Carla discuss the importance of having a daily wellness practice and how ancestral wisdom can be integrated into these rituals. Once on her spiritual journey, she started her soap business and then Vida by Marcela, both of which modernized ancestral wisdom and have since become beautiful successes. She’s even become the first Latina-owned bulk soap supplier carried in Whole Foods! She then shares how she employed visioning and embodiment exercises to manifest new desired realities. Her work within Latino communities is inspiring and beneficial for future generations.
