The cast enjoys the rest of their trip in Cabo (with some exceptions) and heads back to Columbus in what looks like early, gray spring. They get settled into apartments, inspect each other's real homes, meet parents, and all that other good stuff you do right before you get married in 3 weeks. All totally normal and fine.
