In Episode 47, Stuart McCullough invites for the first time, Workplace Relations Consultant, Yvonne Urpis, to discuss the Public Holiday Matrix which was distributed via VHIA Bulletin No. 2229 on the 31st October 2017. This Bulletin outlined the public holiday pay rates for the Christmas and New Year public holiday period. Yvonne gives some tips for members on how to best utilise the matrix. Information captured by the Matrix include two scenarios which are: Rostered to Work (FT, PT & Casuals); and Not Rostered to Work.
