We're very excited for today's guest, her name is Andi and she's a research engineer who specializes in energy efficiency in buildings, energy codes, greenhouse gas tracking, and climate resilliency.
Andi graduated from the University of Dayton with a Mechanical Engineering degree and received her CEM (Certified Engery Manager). She also has a masters in renewable and clean energy from UD.
Andi shares a bunch of great tips going through engineering school as a women and getting her masters. She also shares her life post grad as and how she's navigating in her current role
