In our final episode of this season, there is heartbreak for England who come up just short in their first final in 55 years in a penalty shootout loss to Italy. A time to reflect on what has been a fantastic tournament for this country.

Unfortunately, there were also some horrible and vile news stories that followed this game which means that this tournament run has been tainted yet again.
