Ashley Fillmore is a successful Fat Loss Coach for women and runs a thriving online business while raising two small children. In this episode she chats with Holly and Marisa about how she transitioned from her thriving in-person business and made the jump into the online sphere in 2019.

Ashley also shares her challenging childhood, growing up with a mother who struggled with addiction. She realized early on that her life didn't look like her friends lives. She slept in a car sometimes, moved a lot, would miss school for weeks on end and had less-than desirable influences around her as a young impressionable child. And yet she found a way to keep her head up, attitude positive and deal with all that stress and trauma in her younger years, to now being a successful business owner, mom of two and wife.
