Today’s interview was a boat load of fun with energy and inspiration.  I got to talk to Kacia Fitzgerald of the EmpowerHER Podcast!

Kacia is originally from the Seattle area and took what she thought was the “right” path…going to college, getting a degree, and going to “work.”  She worked on climbing the corporate ladder until a “gut” feeling told her enough was enough.

 She finally realized that she had a passion for helping women in their health and wellness goals because she knew she could help them build confidence and get more excited about their lives.  She built that business on the side while working her corporate job until the income surpassed that job and she started her own business in 2015. 

Kacia continues to partner with Beach Body and helps women build their own online coaching businesses.  She launched  “EmpowerHER Podcast” to help women get out of their own way and take action towards their dreams.
