In this episode I take a look at the small wild in my weekly diary from the 27th of June to the 3rd July, 2022.

This week, everything is in full growth and vivid colour. A blackbird with a white face has become a regular visitor and families of blue tits come to the feeder. Blue demoiselles skim river surfaces and the beards of barley grow long.
