Gretchen is a Tucson, Arizona - based improv teacher, coach, and performer. She spent 4 years on stage with short-form troupe Not Burnt Out Just Unscrewed and now performs around the country with her long-form improv duo Ex-Boyfriend. She also directs a troupe that performs a fully-improvised play, which won the "Audience Favorite" award at the 2019 Tucson Fringe Festival.
