Heath Stocks grew up a troubled child, and was sent to the leader of the local Boy Scouts troop, Charles "Jack" Walls. Walls was a pillar of the Lonoke, Arkansas community and had a reputation for being able to help out young boys with behavioral problems. The truth of what kind of man Walls was would be very different.
