This week we’ve got former CrossFit Games champion and garbage disposal connoisseur, James Hobart. Even if you’ve never done CrossFit, if you’ve ever googled it, James is in your internet history! He is the male athlete CrossFit uses in most of its exercise demo videos….that was until he was recently replaced by my grandfather. Well, not my grandfather, but somebody’s grandfather!
