Kate is a 4th Degree Black Belt in Ishinryu Karate, she is a multiple British & English Champion in both Kata and Kumite, she is a 3 x European Championship Bronze Kumite Medalist, a commonwealth Kumite Champion and a Karate 1 Premier League Medalist.
