Yes, my cat actually dropped a little turd on my coffee table while we recorded this episode. Yes, I still love him. This episode is actually about shame and labels. People will often try to put their own labels on us so that we fit some mold they have in their mind. The problem with this is, oftentimes those labels don't fully fit us so we feel like we have to bend ourselves in uncomfortable ways to fit those molds. Thing is, who gives a fuck what people think we are? We are what we decide to be. We are our actions. And there is no shame in being who we are.
