Take time to prepare. In other words, sharpen the saw. Some of the worlds greatest leaders and minds all have said that in order to be successful, you must be willing to take time to improve and to prepare for the future. We either prepare for success or we repair the past. By taking the time to improve the skills and qualities you're investing in, you're then betting on the greatest asset that you have: yourself.
