One of the best bad filmmakers ever Neil Breen is like a low budget Tommy Wisseau.

For his day job he's an architect in Las Vegas. At night, he's the world's greatest hacker with a major messiah complex. 

We argue a lot of the so bad it's good merit and there's a lot of yelling which makes sense for such a rage inducing film.
