Stormy is the owner and lead coach of New Heights, a business that uses Gallup resources to ensure that other individuals and businesses discover and reach new summits of life and business profits, production, and satisfaction through discovery, understanding, and application of their unique personal talents.

With a Bachelor of Science in Education with a Science emphasis, a Master of Arts in Education and Gallup-Certified Strengths Coaching, Stormy has spent 20 years bringing her significant talents of Achiever, Input, Positivity, Maximizer, and Learner to educating, supporting, and inspiring others.
