We have a responsibility to ourselves to ensure that we choose the leaders that we follow. In our personal drive and endeavour, we need to critically assess and choose the leader(s) that we think would help us to reach our goals or achieve our purpose in life. We should never be emotional about it, we own it to ourselves to follow the right leader for our lives. This connection will determine what we become in life, and how we are able to help the next generation to also become relevant in their lives.
