In Episode 48, Stuart closes 2017 with VHIA’s final video podcast episode for the year. Together with the help of Tim Nagle, the two look back at the year that was 2017, the things yet to come in 2018, and also include a hilarious reel of bloopers at the end from outtakes in 2017. Of the key outcomes for 2017, we see a significant increase in member participation across all regions of Victoria. This is due to monthly meetings both in-person and by conference video connections for all our divisions, through new communication initiatives such as the VHIA Community App, and finally, increased clarity and relevance of how agreement processes are communicated to members.

97% of Community Health members participating in at least 1 monthly meeting

An Average of 54% of Community Health members participating month to month

89% of Rural & Regional members participating in at least 1 monthly meeting

An Average of 36% of Rural & Regional members participating month to month

96% of Metro members participating in at least 1 monthly meeting

An Average of 74% of Metro members participating month to month

Over 30% of membership successfully signing up to the VHIA Community App
